StarBuzz Weekly, August 03, 2011-Toronto, ON - August, 3rd, 2011 - Cinemavault is proud to announce that the Indo-Canadian romantic comedy THE CORNER SHOP will be opening in Toronto, Canada at the Carlton Cinema on August 19th.
Bruna, the former store owner of a local corner shop is entangled with the mafia and desperate to steal the treasure still hidden in the store’s attic. He even disguises as three different and amusing identities in order to get the money! Babuji, the new store owner, and his daughter Tara, pray for financial help, all the while having no idea what’s going on behind the scenes. The Corner Shop soon becomes the centre of all the action! Despite Babuji's cluelessness and Bruna’s hilarious escapades, Tara still manages to find the most unexpected of all –love.
