Ferrari Motorcycle Concept Fire Engine Luxury Bikes

This fire engine red Ferrari Motorcycle is easily the hottest thing on two wheels that I have seen in a very long time. Leave it to the designers of one of the world’s most coveted automobiles to come up with such a drool-worthy design.

The slick, contoured designed looks like something a superhero in a futuristic flick would ride off into the night on. And aside from its great design, because it’s a Ferrari Motorcycle, you know that it’s performance will be top shelf as well.

“Why there is no Ferrari motorcycle?” This is the question that Israeli designer Amir Glinik asked himself then he decided to create one. You can see from the pictures that the motorcycle is simply astonishing and you know that you want one.

The Ferrari Motorcycle will feature a Ferrari V4 Integrated Drive Unit, 1953 handlebars and rear suspensions, brakes with dual sculpted calipers, and a F16-inspired throttle quadrant. The motorcycle will be managed via a full-touchscreen and “the heart of the controlling system is based on a Ferrari engine management computer” which means that it should be powerful and safe in the same time.

“Vintage and modern Ferrari projects influence my design. It’s a mix of what I find to be the best Ferrari lines with the latest technology I could think of in terms of engine, gear and driving management. Preserving Ferrari lines and history, the aim is to create a bike with normal dimensions using existing Ferrari technology; to take the ease of service as a factor while thinking about low profile and CG. To produce a practical machine and not in any way a ‘Star Wars’ future ride,” said designer Amir Glinik.

For the moment there is no word on pricing and availability, however, I think that the Ferrari Motorcycle will be ready in a few years at a price that only a few can afford.

Prices Specification And Previews and Images Honda Accord 2012

This year’s Geneva Auto Show had a special treat for auto fans as Honda unveiled it’s much awaited 2012 Honda Accord. Building on past success, Honda has proven that the 2012 Accord line will pose serious competition in the auto market. Boasting refinements to both the exterior and interior design, Honda has also increased fuel efficiency and decreased CO2 output without jeopardizing the performance that Honda lovers have come to expect. The 2012 Accord models are beautiful at first glance but a closer inspection reveals even more great additions.

Honda has proven, once again that beauty and functionality can work together to create a vehicle that will really turn heads. The 2012 Honda Accord sports a reworked front grill which, while adding a certain element of class, also contains a reworked cooling system to make sure to the powerful engine is always running at peak efficiency. The bumpers have been reworked to include improved front and tail lights and the premium models include bi-Xenon headlights with active cornering technology. These refinements continue to prove that the Honda Accord 2012 models haven’t sacrificed design for safety.

The 2012 Accord has also been redesigned with a new surface to the red taillights which should improve light output and visibility while adding a unique look. The front headlights are now redesigned with an added bit of chrome to really stand out from the crowd of boring cars. Honda has also added a classy touch of chrome along the back of the vehicle right above the license plate to ensure that it looks as good coming as it does going. While these design improvements would be enough for other manufacturers, Honda has unveiled three new colors as well and the Honda Accord 2012 models are now available in Graphite, Luster and Alabaster.

Honda hasn’t limited their design improvements to the exterior alone. When taking a look at the interior, auto fans will notice a stylish and modern new design that promises to make the 2012 Honda Accord a pleasurable ride for the driver as well. The new Accord 2012 models have added beautiful dark silver door panels to the interior and have accented them with bright silver door handles. The handbrake has received special attention from the Honda designers as well and now sports a beautiful bright silver finish. Honda didn’t stop there as the gearshift, instrument panel and even the steering wheel have received special attention with a design upgrade. The new Accord 2012 Type S models also boast a further refined interior with a luxurious new leather finish for the seating and door liners.
Honda hasn’t made a name for its self on looks alone, however, as the new 2012 Accord models come with a host of technical improvements as well. Under the hood we find a much improved version of their 2.2-liter i-DTEC diesel engine. The new 2012 engine offers an impressive 150 horsepower output which promises to make these new models as powerful as they are stylish. This awesome machine also boasts 350 Nm of torque at 2000 revs which means that this beast will have all the power you could ask for in a Honda. While these specs may seem reminiscent of past models, the new Accord 2012 models are much more eco-friendly than their predecessors.

In addition to the technical refinements and the beautiful new design elements, Honda has created a vehicle that both reduces carbon emissions and increases fuel efficiency. Specifications on the new 2012 Accord point out that a 6-speed manual sedan outputs only 9 g of CO2 per kilometer while the automatic version emits a meager 11 g per kilometer. While these improvements are wonderful for the environment, Honda has created a vehicle that is cheaper to run than earlier models.
The new Honda Accord 2012 has been fitted with refinements to the chassis which has made it much more aerodynamic and promises to cut down on wind resistance which, in effect, will increase fuel efficiency. The Japanese auto giant has also added space age, low friction ball bearings to ensure that the engine meets less resistance when it comes to moving the wheels. These refinements have proven that Honda is designing cars to cater to the modern concerns of environmental impact and economic conservatism.

Honda has already made a name for itself in the field of automotive design and the Accord name has become synonymous with power, functionality and beauty. The 2012 Honda Accord continues this tradition with beautiful refinements to the exterior, a luxurious interior and performance and safety specs that should have everyone talking. Set to be released for purchase this summer, the 2012 Accord was definitely a highlight of this year’s Geneva Auto Show and has promised to give other manufacturers a run for their money in this coming year.

Bodyguard - Exclusive Theatrical Trailer HD 2011

StarBuzz Weekly, Toronto-

First glimpse of ‘Bodyguard’

The first look of one of the most awaited films of this year, ‘Bodyguard’ was released recently. The film has Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor in the lead roles. One of the high points of the film is an item number by Katrina Kaif
StarBuzz Weekly, Toronto-Jul 26, 2011 – After WANTED, DABANGG and READY, Salman Khan is all set to please his fans with yet another film, ‘BODYGUARD’. The handsome actor will be seen in a highly stylized avatar in the film which is a remake of the Malayalam film of the same name. The romantic action film has Kareena Kapoor as the female lead opposite Salman. Katrina Kaif has a cameo in the film as well as an item number. The film is produced by Salman’s brother-in-law, Atul Agnihotri and is directed by Siddique. The film will be in theatres on 31st August.

The first look of the film was released amidst much fanfare in the presence of the lead pair of the film. Being his benevolent self, Salman asked Shera, his personal bodyguard of fifteen years to do the honours of unveiling the first look of the film at a Juhu multiplex.  An overwhelmed Shera said, “This is a very big honour that bhai (Salman) has given me by giving me an opportunity to release his film's promo. I have been with bhai for 15 years now. I used to tell bhai that I can take a bullet for him. But the reality is that he protects his close ones so much that even he can take a bullet for them. He is the real life bodyguard," Shera told reporters. Salman will be seen wearing the same uniform that the employees of his personal bodyguard agency wear. Salman, who is very close to his personal bodyguard Shera, has used his name on the uniform too. The superstar turned down an offer of Rs. 7 crore to wear a certain security company's uniform.

At the event the superstar said: "I can trust him (Shera) with everything - with money, girls, family and even my life. He is very trustworthy. Apart from guarding me, his duty has also been to go with every girl who has been in my life. I knew he will take good care of them wherever they go." While Kareena said, "Shera has known me since I was 10 years old. And today, he is launching the promo of my film. He has known me before I was an actress, so it is a very special moment. It's all thanks to Salman," said the actress.

Government of Canada ramps up citizenship revocations to tack

StarBuzz Weekly, Toronto-— The Government of Canada is beginning the process to revoke the citizenship of up to 1,800 citizens who have obtained it fraudulently. Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism Minister Jason Kenney announced new details of the ongoing initiative today.1. Obviously, the vast majority of these new Canadians obtained their citizenship honestly. We are defending the interests of these law-abiding new citizens by taking action against the small number of those who seek to cheapen the value of Canadian citizenship by acquiring it illicitly," the Minister added.Cracking Down on Crooked Consultants Act, came into force on June 30, 2011. The Act imposes penalties on unauthorized representatives who provide, or offer to provide, advice or representation for a fee at any stage of an immigration application or proceeding.
Ottawa, July 27, 2011

“Canadian citizenship is not for sale,” said Minister Kenney. “There are some around the world who would abuse Canada's openness and seek to devalue Canadian citizenship. We will apply the full force of Canadian law to punish those who have obtained citizenship fraudulently.”

Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) is increasing the number of revocations it pursues as a result of its ongoing investigations into residence fraud in Canada. To date, approximately 1,800 citizens may have obtained citizenship fraudulently, many by using the services of crooked consultants to misrepresent their residence in Canada.

"Canada welcomed 143,535 new citizens in 2010

CIC has increased the resources dedicated to combating residence fraud in the past year. Many of the people under investigation are suspected of using consultants to falsely establish evidence of residence in Canada while continuing to live abroad most, or all, of the time. A family of five may pay upwards of $25,000 over four or more years to create the illusion of residence in Canada. Citizenship fraud is a global problem. To date, individuals from over 60 different countries have been implicated in this fraud. The Government of Canada is taking action to crack down on the actions of crooked consultants during the immigration process. Bill C-35, originally introduced as the

“Singham” Movie Review

StarBuzz Weekly, Toronto-
The trend of atypical masala entertainers began all over again with WANTED, which was effectively emulated by the super-successful DABANGG. The larger-than-life hero knocks down 50 thugs and sends them flying in the air with just one punch. He romances the heroine. Puts his life at stake by catching the bull by the horns. Emerges victorious in the finale... Come to think of it, the Indian audience is starved for true-blue masala entertainers that were admired and revered in the 1970s and 1980s. Oh, can we ever forget the serpentine queues outside cinema halls to watch those movies, starring our fav stars? With SINGHAM, the Ajay Devgn - Rohit Shetty team goes back to their roots; both started with action films, if you recall -- PHOOL AUR KAANTE and ZAMEEN, respectively. SINGHAM is one of those earthy, traditional, uncomplicated masala movies that most of us grew up on. The protagonist of SINGHAM is not the desi version of James Bond, nor is he any kind of a superhero.

SINGHAM pays homage to the action films of 1970s, which was known for the heroism, death-defying action sequences and pulse pounding thrills. It's an acknowledgement to one of the most successful genres of Bollywood -- action movies -- known for the trademark good versus evil themes and well choreographed stunts. Unlike many films recently, SINGHAM revives memories of the bygone era that stressed on raw action and was rich in fist-to-fist combat scenes. In fact, it has traces of action that Ajay's father [Veeru Devgn] and Rohit's father [Shetty] immortalized in their movies. But SINGHAM is a film of today, hence the stunts are extremely stylized and polished in keeping with the times. It's raw power presented in a slick demeanor.

MINISTER FLAHERTY PROMOTES EAST AFRICA DROUGHT RELIEF FUND

StarBuzz Weekly, Toronto-Mississauga, ON - Today, the Honourable Jim Flaherty, Minister of Finance, visited the Mississauga offices of World Vision to promote the East Africa Drought Relief Fund. The Fund, announced on July 22, 2011, by the Minister of International Cooperation, Beverley J. Oda, will allow Canadians to participate in relief efforts in the region, and the Government will recognize their participation by adding an equivalent amount to its own relief efforts.  Eve Adams, MP for Mississauga-Brampton South, accompanied Minister Flaherty. This weekend, many other Government MPs, on behalf of Minister Oda, promoted the Fund through social media and community events across Canada.

"For every donation made by Canadians to an eligible Canadian charity, the Government will contribute the same amount to the East Africa Drought Relief Fund," explained Minister Flaherty. "Our Government is deeply saddened by the extent of the crisis, which my colleague Minister Oda has recently witnessed, and we remain committed to helping our African friends." For every dollar an individual Canadian donates over a 10-week period (retroactive to July 6, 2011, and ending September 16, 2011) to a registered Canadian charity responding to the drought in East Africa, the Government will contribute an equivalent amount to the East Africa Drought Relief Fund. The Government of Canada will administer the relief fund separately, disbursing funds to organizations best suited to make an effective and real difference in the lives of people affected by the drought.

This Fund is in addition to Canada's earlier contribution of $22 million and also in addition to the $50 million Minister Oda announced on July 22, 2011.  “I saw a true humanitarian crisis at Dadaab. The stories of how the women and children struggled to reach the camp are incredible,” said Minister Oda last week. “Their perseverance and courage must be matched by our willingness to help. Canada remains gravely concerned by this humanitarian crisis. Our commitment today will help bring relief to those affected, particularly for the women and children who are the most vulnerable.” Without any significant rainfall for over two years, people in the region are experiencing crop failure, loss of livestock and acute malnutrition, resulting in the migration of hundreds of thousands of people. This has led to a humanitarian crisis, which many experts forecast will extend into the next year.

The United Nations upgraded the level of humanitarian emergency in parts of Somalia, officially recognizing the crisis as a famine. On Friday, Minister Oda visited the Dadaab refugee camps in Kenya, the largest in the region, to review first-hand the humanitarian crisis, and the work and needs of humanitarian partners on the ground.     For more information on Canada’s response to the East Africa drought and for further details on the East Africa Drought Relief Fund, please visit CIDA’s website [http://www.acdi-cida.gc.ca/acdi-cida/ACDI-CIDA.nsf/eng/ANN-71910150-JQF].

The New Face in the Literary World- Sarita Mandanna - Diksha Pal Narayan

StarBuzz Weekly, Toronto-Sarita, a private equity professional, worked in the high-powered world of finance for most of her life. Sarita was born to a family from Coorg that loved reading and owned coffee plantations. She always knew somewhere in the back of her mind she always did belong there. It was the love of Coorg and curiosity of knowing more about her ancestors that led this numbers professional to try her hand with words. She not only wrote a novel, but also bagged the highest advance paid by Penguin India for a debut novel, even more than the likes of writer Amitav Ghosh!  Tiger Hills had been long listed for the 2010 Margaret Mitchell’s Pulitzer Prize winning debut.

This novel spans over 5 decades where we follow a traditional family in Coorg. How the changes in the lead character’s life lead to tender moments, innocence lost and tragedies. A book that has been said to be “The Thorn Birds meets Gone With The Wind”, it truly is an Indian Epic. The novel plays with your emotions and captivates you.
Tiger Hills is a refreshing novel, it took 5 years to write but Sarita Mandanna did an excellent job, describing the lives of the 3 leading character’s - Devanna , Devi, and Machu a tiger hunter. The twists and turns in this novel keep you on your toes right till the last page.
At times you feel sympathetic towards Devanna. However, the story progresses in such a way that your emotions take a roller coaster ride. Devi’s beauty and arrogance is something constant in the book. Machu, the tiger hunter, has his trials and tribulations to deal with. No character in Tiger Hills is perfect, making these characters so much more human and real. Each one of them has their desires and ambitions; how they act on them at times and sometimes rise above their own benefit for doing the right thing is worth the read.
Some believe Devanna who had loved Devi all her life should’ve been forgiven a lot sooner than he was, while some believe he got what he deserved. You will find yourself in a dilemma wondering who suffered more, Devanna or Devi, and your heart will ache for one of them.
Coorg, dubbed as the Scotland of India, is a town that has a lot to offer to the tourist. Misty hills, lush forest, acres and acres of tea and coffee plantation, orange groves, undulating streets and breathtaking views are what make Coorg so important in Sarita’s novel. Coorg is the 4th leading character of this novel. Coorg is on the Western Ghats, and is located in Karnataka's south-western end.
It was Seven years ago, after yet another long day at her Manhattan office where Mandanna wore her private equity professional cap, when she longed to do something creative. So what did she do? She logged on to her computer and started playing with words and soon ended up with six short stories staring at her from her computer screen. Sarita always wanted to have the story to be part of the place she considered special: her Coorg. Her family has lived there for several generations. Her deep association with the place gave a depth to this novel; its detailed and descriptive narration of Coorg is wonderful.
She says, “My father was a Colonel in the Indian Army, and the family moved every couple of years. In perhaps a balancing act to the displacement, Coorg began to loom ever larger, the core to my shifting world. We visited every year, and each time, that sense of coming to roost. That first rush of cool air as the road climbed suddenly higher. That watchful jungle silence. The familiar rows of coffee bushes, the kinetic sprawls of pepper vines. The backwaters, flashing silver through the trees. Home, once more.
If my day job uses one half of my brain - the logical, objective part of it, then writing must stem from its deeper, less controllable recesses. I always knew that I would write, and five years ago, began in earnest. If an author writes first about what he or she knows best, it was perhaps inevitable that Tiger Hills is the story that has first unruffled. Minister Kenney Reflects on the Resettling of Iraqi Refugees

StarBuzz Weekly, Toronto-– Today, Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism Minister Jason Kenney made the following statement:
Montreal, Quebec, July 22, 2011

“As Minister, I have the privilege of meeting many refugees and I am always deeply moved and inspired by their life stories – stories that demonstrate their courage to survive in the face of the most harrowing of ordeals. And it is intensely satisfying to see how those offered protection have taken to rebuilding their lives in the freedom and peace of Canada".
“That is why I have worked to ensure Canada continues to have one of the world’s largest refugee resettlement programs.

“In 2009, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees called on the nations of the world to resettle more displaced Iraqis to address the large number of Iraqis unable to return to their homes. The Government of Canada responded to that call by doubling the number of resettled refugees to be welcomed through our mission in Damascus, where most Iraqi refugees apply, and we have committed to maintaining those high levels through 2013.

“Between 2009 and March 31, 2011, more than 9,000 Iraqi citizens have been resettled to Canada, and by the end of 2013, we anticipate that through this commitment, Canada will have resettled about 20,000 displaced Iraqis.
“What is most heartening to me is how Canadians themselves have responded. Remarkably, more than 5,600 of those refugees who have come to Canada between 2009 and March 31, 2011, have done so through the Private Sponsorship of Refugees Program. Clearly, many citizens and permanent residents of Canada have come together through this program to demonstrate their deep, enduring commitment to the humanitarian goals of peace, solidarity, and religious freedom we hold dear. “There are more than 10 million refugees in the world today and we recognize our  limitations. However, Canada can be proud of its actions to come to the aid of people who seek our protection, and to help provide a new and secure beginning for victims of violence and persecution around the world.”

It’s shocking to see these images of violence and death in a peaceful and democratic society. People should be able to live their lives securely and with the knowledge that they won’t be targeted by terrorists.
On behalf of the Liberal Party of Canada and our entire parliamentary caucus, I wish to express solidarity with the people of Norway in the face of this senseless violence.”

Government of Canada Enlists Help of Canadians to Enforce Canada’s Immigration Laws Government will not tolerate war criminals in our communities

StarBuzz Weekly, Toronto-Toronto, July 21, 2011 — Today, the federal government asked Canadians to help in identifying 30 individuals accused of, or complicit in, war crimes or crimes against humanity, and who are thought to be hiding out in locations across Canada. The announcement was made in Toronto by Public Safety Minister Vic Toews, Minister of Citizenship, Immigration, and Multiculturalism, Jason Kenney, and Luc Portelance, President of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).

“We all have a part to play in making our communities safe, and today we are asking for Canadians’ assistance.” said Minister Toews. “In releasing the names of individuals, who are residing illegally in Canada and who are complicit in committing war crimes and crimes against humanity, it is our hope that new information will help our law-enforcement officials track them down and remove them from Canada.”

Canada is recognized around the world for its leadership in global efforts to hold persons suspected of, or complicit in, serious human rights abuses accountable for their crimes through cooperation with other countries and international tribunals.

“Our Government received a strong mandate from Canadians to maintain the integrity of our immigration system. Those who have been involved in war crimes or crimes against humanity will find no haven on our shores,” said Minister Kenney. “Should they arrive here by fraud, they will be identified, they will be located, and they will face the consequences.”

The CBSA, Citizenship and Immigration Canada, the Department of Justice, and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police work cooperatively with international partners to ensure that those who have engaged in such crimes find no sanctuary in Canada.

“We hope that reaching out to the public today will enhance the ability of the CBSA and its partner organizations to effectively deal with persons complicit in these acts,” said President Portelance.

“I’m here with the Minister of Public Safety and the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism, to encourage the public to provide any information to the CBSA about violations of our immigration law or suspicious cross-border activity by calling the Border Watch Toll-free line or their local police.”

The Government of Canada will continue to be vigilant at our border and around the world, making our communities a safer place to live and our citizens more secure. Help us keep our borders safe. If you have information about suspicious cross-border activity or immigration-related offences, please contact the Canada Border Services Agency Border Watch Toll-free Line at 1-888-502-9060.

Canada real estate – The growing industry

Canada investment property is a profitable real estate market for the foreign investors. Read more to know why you should invest your money in Canadian investment property.
StarBuzz Weekly, Toronto-Jul 20, 2011 – The Canada real estate market presents a wide and untapped opportunity to the prospective investor both for the short terms as well as the long term. The market is still not saturated and is growing at a healthy rate which is in sharp contrast to the US market. This has been fuelled by the performing economy and a presence of a sizeable immigrant population that is actively saving and investing to build up their real estate portfolios. Canada offers its inhabitants nice comfortable homes along with a stable employment and an admirable standard of living.
Canadian property prices have climbed up gradually since the economic and financial crisis ended, even though the U.S. real estate prices had resumed their decline. The Canadian real estate market has made a quicker economic recovery than its US counterpart helped by a sounder banking industry combined with low interest rates and increased buyer confidence.
The Canada real estate market offers a number of entry points catering to a wide range of budgets ranging from the small apartments to the large farms and ranches including properties with their own water bodies. Making real estate investments can be far more money-spinning and worthwhile than other forms of investments. The most popular investment in property is purchase of rental houses. The money returns that an investment property provides are not restricted to monthly cash flow only. Remember that each time when one makes a mortgage payment then you are indirectly paying to yourself only.

The presence of Oil sands in Alberta and the increased commercial exploration activity has resulted in boom in property prices. Edmonton being the capital of Alberta has benefited immensely from the increased investor boom and new inhabitants. Even though prices have increased, they are within manageable and affordable levels compared to the national market.  The market is driven by the end buyer and not by speculation so the price spike has not been too sharp unlike in other regions like Vancouver where the boom cycle has been fuelled by intense speculation. This makes the current scenario interesting and enticing for the end home buyer who wants to own their first home or upgrade or buy an extra property for rental income.

According to RBC Economics Research, Edmonton remains the most affordable city in Canada. The affordability measure is rated at 31.5 %. That means only 31.5% of the monthly income is required to afford an average separate bungalow in Edmonton. This includes taxes, utilities and mortgage payments.

The Do's And Don'ts Of Debt Settlement

Even though Canada is a very prosperous country, you do need to get loans if you want to keep a high standard lifestyle. Canadian financial institutions provide you loans on soft terms and conditions for nearly all purposes like personal loans
StarBuzz Weekly, Toronto-Jul 20, 2011 – Even though Canada is a very prosperous country, you do need to get loans if you want to keep a high standard lifestyle. Canadian financial institutions provide you loans on soft terms and conditions for nearly all purposes like personal loans, payday loans, credit cards, small business loans, auto loans, bad credit loans, students loans, home loans, consolidate loans, etc. However, you have to follow some very rigid laws regarding loan payment in Canada, otherwise you could be declared a bankrupt. This is why most people frantically search for debt settlement options to deal with depressing loan conditions.

Debt consolidation (http://www.yourloan.ca/loan-articles/what-are-the-benefi ...) is legal by the virtue of law; the loaner body allows the debtor some concession and agrees to write off the loan at less amount of money than actually due. Finding for a debt settlement company is not difficult, as Canada has many reputed organizations dealing with debt settlement. If you are facing some problems with your debts, you may take their services.

There are two main benefits of debt settlement loans non declaration of bankruptcy and dealing with debts in a legal manner. The companies would help you keep your assets and still be able to repay the loans, and you can also be given a chance to make a new financial beginning. Moreover, if you are declared bankrupt in Canada, then it damages your credit standing for a very long period of time, companies will avoid credit transactions with you and Canadian financial institutions will be hesitant to provide you with any kind of credits. If however, you opt for debt settlement, you may be saved of all these critical issues and within just a time span of three years, you could be free of debts.

No doubt debt settlement is a very quick way to get debt free but remember it does have some drawbacks as well. Even though you can save a considerable amount of money, and no chances of facing lawsuits, you could face a drop in credit scores when your credit report reads, "settled for less than owed". If you want to be successful in Canada, you have to maintain a strong credit record.

If you want to ask creditors to avoid the process of writing in credit reports, with a reason of damaging credit history, then you would have to face some rigid Canadian taxation laws too.Generally, debt settlement is initiated by your creditors when your time is up by more than 90 days. So, decide very carefully before moving on with your options, keeping in mind all the aspects
